Stylists collaborate in a shared color room. To find the salon, take I-94 to exit 293, then head south on Silvernail Road. The building is on the west side of the road, behind a Dunkin Donuts and past Meadow Lane.

Clients can pick a stylist and send a request through the online inquiry form, and stylists reply within 72 hours. Appointments depend on availability and on the order in which requests arrive. Clients may also book directly with a stylist or through that stylist's online booking page.

Each stylist sets their own payment methods, and services are paid for at the time of the appointment. Children may receive services, but minors cannot be in the salon without supervision, and guests with a service appointment should not bring additional people along.
