Every appointment begins with a consultation covering hair goals, concerns and inspiration. New clients can also book a virtual consultation before their first visit to share goals, concerns and reference photos. Each guest receives a scalp massage, and the shampoo bowls and hot towels are part of the visit. The salon also offers an espresso and cocktail menu and snacks.

The salon uses professional products in its services and says it carries well-regarded industry brands. Stylists take part in weekly in-salon education and quarterly training led by outside industry experts. There are mentorship programs and a structured career path from apprentice to mentor stylist. The salon says each stylist receives at least 10 new clients a month and unlimited time off. The space is professionally deep cleaned every weekend.

Listed prices are starting prices and vary by stylist, hair length and condition, and the consultation. Extension hair is non-refundable and is paid in full before the install is booked. Move-up appointments are recommended every 6 to 10 weeks, with the first at 6 to 7 weeks, and extension hair is replaced every 6 to 12 months. Move-ups do not include a wash and blow dry unless booked. A card must be kept on file to reserve an appointment, and cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled services. Color adjustments are offered within 7 days, and gift cards can be used toward any service or retail purchase.
