A visit typically starts with a skin consultation, which is done before every facial. Clients are offered hot tea or water on arrival and can use the restroom, then change into a soft gown before treatment on a warm facial bed with soft sheets and a plush blanket. Clients are asked to allow about 15 minutes after a service to change and check out.

The facial menu runs from the Glow and Go Facial, a shorter option starting at $99, up to the Royalé Treatment, which includes a double cleanse, lymphatic massage, enzymes, extractions, microcurrent on the face and neck, and an oxygen infusion with hyaluronic acid.
