Permanent makeup is done with SofTap products and techniques. Options include several eyeliner placements, lip blushing and lip liner, microblading with powderfill, nano and powder-shaded eyebrows, and scalp micro-pigmentation. A permanent makeup consultation, which takes about 15 minutes, is offered without a listed price. Many procedures are followed by a second appointment, priced separately.

Eyebrow services include tinting, shape and shade with or without skin stain, and brow lamination in three versions. Facial work includes micro needling, and spray tan starts at $65. Waxing covers lip, eyebrow and full face. Nail services are booked through a separate Booksy page, and Elegantlyinked services are booked through GlossGenius from $55.

Training is offered for both methods. NovaLash classes include classic training, conversion and refresher classes, an advanced American Volume class, and an online London Volume course, all with a kit and shipping extra. SofTap training combines an eight-week online Eyebrow Academy with a hands-on apprenticeship, and there is also a three-day eyebrow boot camp and a one-day advanced class.

Booking policies: clients must arrive on time, as arrivals 15 minutes or more late require rescheduling. Cancellations and reschedules need notice within 24 business hours. Same-day cancellation calls carry a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled price, and no-shows are charged the full price. A credit card must be on file to book, and products and services are not refundable. eGift cards from $25 to $200 are sold and expire 12 months after purchase.

Lash and permanent makeup work is built around NovaLash extensions and SofTap permanent makeup, which the salon describes as gentle and precise. The owner and trainers also teach both methods to other technicians.
