Michelle Mirizio owns Lets Talk Makeup Studio and works as a micro pigmentation and advanced permanent makeup specialist. She holds classic and American Volume authorized distributor status for NovaLash products.
Her training runs through the NovaLash educator program, and she teaches both NovaLash and SofTap students. She is a certified NovaLash Instructor and a certified SofTap Permanent Cosmetics trainer, and she is also certified in Elleebana lash lifts and in blood-borne pathogens and communicable disease. She holds a Licensed Full Specialist license.
Her NovaLash awards include Trainer of the Year in 2011, Distributor of the Year in 2016, the Brand Ambassador of the Year award in 2020 and the Gold Standard Award in 2023. She was named the first NovaLash Brand Ambassador in 2015 and served in that role for seven years.
