Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, offered as full sets or fills. Classic extensions attach one extension to each natural lash, and the spa says it typically applies about 90 to 100 per eye. Volume work fans several extensions onto each natural lash, and volume can be mixed with classic for a textured look. Hybrid extensions blend classic and volume techniques. Curl options are C, D and L+, lengths are kept no longer than 3mm beyond the natural lash according to the spa, and color lashes are available. Fill appointments need at least 60 percent of existing extensions still in place, and existing extensions can be removed separately.

Lash lifts curl, lift and shape natural lashes without extensions. A lift takes about 45 to 60 minutes and uses a silicone pad with a keratin-infused serum. When a lift is booked with a tint, the lift is done first. Lash tint uses henna and needs no developer, and the spa says its results last about three to four weeks, or four to six weeks with a lift. Lash relax removes any existing tint.

Brow services include brow lamination, which sets brow hairs into a reshaped position to address sparse brows, unclear borders and stray hairs, with results expected to last at least six weeks. Henna brow tinting takes about 40 minutes, uses a vegan, plant-based dye in five shades, and lasts about four to six weeks. Brow tint is a non-henna option in black, dark brown and light brown, lasting two to four weeks. Brow mapping is included with henna tinting and full shaping, and brow maintenance covers the areas under and between brows without shaping.

Waxing is offered for the face, arms, back, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas, stomach, chest and buttocks. Soft wax is used on larger areas such as legs, arms and back, while hard wax is used on smaller or more sensitive areas such as the bikini line, face and underarms. The spa describes its waxing as virtually pain-free, and results typically last up to four weeks. Hair should be about a quarter inch long before waxing, and the spa advises exfoliating the day before and avoiding sun and hot showers for a day afterward. Bridal makeup and a bridal makeup trial are also offered, and the trial must be booked before the wedding-day makeup.

Each lash and brow visit begins with a one-on-one consultation, and treatments are shaped around what the client wants.
