First-time guests book a New Guest appointment, which leaves extra time for a thorough consultation, and they receive a welcome email with details about their first visit. Prices listed are starting prices and can shift with the technique, hair length and hair thickness involved. A consultation fee is applied to services at checkout and is not refundable.

The color menu includes single process color, partial and full foil highlights, double process blonde, partial and full balayage, and gloss or toner. Cutting and styling options run from short or clipper cuts and wash and blow-dries to cut and blow-dry services and formal up-dos. Keratin Express and a full keratin smoothing treatment are offered, and extensions require a consultation before booking. Add-ons include deep conditioning, clarifying, bond protection, curling or flat iron work, and a personalized consultation. Premium appointments are priced at 1.5 times the standard price.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 72 hours' notice and are handled through the online booking page. A cancellation or change made without that notice is charged 50% of the scheduled services. Clients who will be late are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible, and if they are running too far behind the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
