Color is the main focus. Sessions are booked in four time blocks, from about 1 to 2.5 hours up to 6 or more hours, and final pricing for color depends on the consultation. New color clients need a 15-minute in-person consultation first, to talk through hair goals and what is realistic. The consultation is booked on a separate day before the color appointment, costs $1.00, and carries a $20 no-show fee if the client does not call to cancel.

Haircuts run from a quick bang trim or line-up and a shortened undercut, which do not include a wash or style, to full cuts priced by length that include a wash and blow-dry or diffuse. The scalp treatment haircut adds a scrub, a treatment and a head massage, and should not be booked within a week of dyeing or bleaching. The Olaplex haircut includes Olaplex steps 1 and 2 along with the cut.

Consultations and certain haircuts carry a 5-minute late policy.
