Each color is planned around the client's hair needs and the result they want, and clients who are unsure what they need can book a consultation first. Blowouts include a wash, a scalp and neck massage, and a blowdry and style. The keratin treatment uses the Coppola Keratin Complex smoothing system.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10 am to 5 pm, Wednesday 11 am to 7 pm, and Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a $75 fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in a $75 rescheduling fee.

Consultation-first and tailored: color and cuts are planned around each client's hair and the look they want.
