Pricing follows the difficulty of the cut, color or other process and the time it takes, so quotes vary. The salon notes that women's processes usually take longer and are more involved than men's. Appointments can be booked online through the salon's booking page, and the salon provides ongoing training for all of its staff. It also operates as a training facility for L'Oreal and Brazilian Blowout professional courses. The salon says it takes its standing as haircare experts seriously.
Color is a central part of the menu. The salon describes itself as an exclusive INOA color salon and describes INOA as the first ammonia-free permanent hair color. Color consultations are free and are used to find shades that suit a guest's skin tone, and a blowout and style can be added to any color service.
Blowouts are offered between regular appointments and include shampoo, conditioning, a blow-dry and a scalp massage, in sleek and straight, beachy waves, or big and bouncy styles. Those blowouts, along with waxing and makeup, are done in Shiatsu massage chairs. Makeup can be traditional or glam, and the artist talks through the look and any reference photos during the appointment.
Pairs hair expertise with ongoing staff training and treats color as a matter of matching each guest's face and skin tone.
