New clients have two ways to begin. A free 15-minute virtual consultation is available, and an in-person consultation with Leslie McGaughey is offered at no charge, lasting 20 minutes, to discuss a cut and color.
Hair services cover ladies, gentlemen, and children 16 and under. Style and blow dry options are sorted by hair type: the straight and wavy option suits natural, straight, and low-to-medium curl, while the textured option suits coily, curly, and heavy-texture hair. Color, highlight, and balayage services can be paired with a cut and blow dry, and corrective color is handled case by case after a hair color consultation.
Chemical and smoothing services include perms and relaxers for ladies and gentlemen, keratin treatments for natural, wavy, textured, or dense curly hair, a Brazilian Blowout experience, and split-end correction for ladies. Extensions are offered by quarter head, half head, or full head, along with K Tip installation and removal. Extension clients pre-pay for their own custom hair, and if an appointment is canceled 24 hours in advance, that pre-paid hair is provided to the client.
Booking terms: a cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment. New clients booking a Brazilian Blowout or a full-head tape-in are asked for a deposit, applied to the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Most prices are starting points, since many services vary with length and hair.
