Clients can adjust the temperature, music and atmosphere during their visit, and complimentary drinks and snacks are offered.

The color menu is built around custom formulas and multiple techniques, with bespoke dimensional and multi-tonal work at its center. Blonding services, grouped under the Blondies menu, range from a quick face-framing highlight to full surface lightening, and include a K18 treatment, toner, gloss and root smudge. Gray blending and coverage sit under the Graceful Gray menu, and vivid and pigment services cover brightness on lightened hair as well as pre-lightened rainbow and painted looks. New color clients are encouraged to book a free virtual consultation, and every color appointment includes a scalp and neck massage, an express cut, a blow dry and a polishing style.

Cutting is offered dry, curly and as lasting cuts. Full cuts include a scalp and neck massage, a style and a finish. Curly cuts combine wet and dry cutting with a finishing wash, scalp massage and diffusing, and include a two-week follow-up. First-time curly clients are asked to book the Transform cut.

Weddings and events are a large part of the work. Bridal hair trials and day-of styling are available in the salon or on site, as is bridal makeup, and there are group styling packages for parties. Custom apparel covers bridal dresses and suits, veils and fascinators, heirloom alterations and recreations, and gender fluid creations. Holistic add-ons such as crystal balancing, guided breathwork and a wellness shampoo ritual can be added to a visit, and the salon offers complimentary holistic enhancements on request.

Pricing is the same for every client, including new ones. A text reminder is sent 48 hours before appointments, and the salon suggests a slightly longer block for first visits. Some longer appointments may require a deposit. Clients arriving 5 to 10 minutes late are seen without any change to the service, while arrivals 20 or more minutes late may have the service modified and may be charged a late fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged, with same-day cancellations billed per hour booked. If a client is unhappy with results within 7 days of the visit, a free remedy is offered. Because hair varies, the salon does not guarantee results, and retail products can be exchanged or receive full credit within 15 days of purchase if a client is unsatisfied. Children may be brought to appointments, which can affect timing, and clients are advised to wear comfortable clothing since no changing clothes are provided.

The salon describes its goal as an uplifting visit grounded in eco-conscious practices, using vegan and cruelty-free hair and makeup products and recycling all possible salon waste as a member of Green Circle Salons.

A private, quieter suite with dim lighting, heated shampoo chairs and a room the client can adjust during the visit.
