Booking starts with a virtual consultation over Zoom, which lasts about 25 to 30 minutes and requires a well-lit space with natural hair visible on camera. New K-tip clients must complete this consultation and be approved before an installation can be scheduled, and availability for consultations is limited. The $75 consultation fee is non-refundable and does not count toward installation. Once approved, a 20% non-refundable deposit secures the installation date and is applied to the final balance.

There are three installation styles. Traditional K-Tips start at $3,700, Invisible K-Tips, which are placed to create a concealed finish, start at $4,200, and Micro Invisible K-Tips start at $6,000. Micro Invisible uses smaller, more discreet bonds and is the most customized option the salon offers. Each of the three includes 150 grams of premium human hair up to 20 inches, and each strand is attached with small keratin bonds. Full installation pricing starts at $3,700 and depends on length, density, color matching and the client's goals.

Beyond installations, the salon offers virgin relaxers and relaxer touch-ups for clients who qualify, professional smoothing treatments aimed at manageability and frizz, color services and color matching planned during the consultation, and routine maintenance appointments for extensions. Optional add-ons include additional density, extended lengths, extra extension hair and K-tip removal.
