The studio is in Douglasville, Georgia, in a suite on Grady Street, about two miles off I-20. According to the owner's About page, it opened in 2010. Ashley Winslow runs the studio and also teaches hair extension classes for beauty professionals.

Visits begin with a consultation for new clients, who must book one before their first appointment. The studio says its service goes beyond a standard salon visit, with one-on-one attention and hair tips at each appointment. Clients enter a credit card when booking, and walk-ins are not accepted. Children are allowed only when they are being serviced. Clients agree at booking to before-and-after photos used for the studio's social media marketing.

The core service is I-Tip Microlinks, where each extension strand is attached to natural hair with a microbead and no thread. Single weft and double weft Microlink methods are both offered, and custom hair color matching can be added when booking. Microlinks need about 5 inches of hair, or enough length to cover the beads or weft, and relaxed hair is not required. The studio says Microlinks suit all hair textures and fine or thin hair, with a consultation to choose the method. According to the FAQ, they can last up to 3 months with proper care. The studio describes its Microlink extensions as luxury extensions with a natural, seamless look.

Other extension options include machine-sewn weft (track hair) extensions for sew-ins and Microlinks, sew-in extensions, keratin tape-ins, tape-ins for added volume and clip-ins. Payment plans are listed for tape-in extensions with hair included up to 18 inches at $700, and for I-Tip Microlink installation with 150 grams of hair included at $1,100. The studio sells Exquisite Extensions 100% virgin human hair, which can be discussed at a Microlink consultation. The Autumn Arie collection includes tape-ins, wefted bundles and clip-ins in wavy, curly, ringlet, deep wave and straight textures, listed from $100 to $120 on the shop pages. For stylists, the studio runs a Microlink Masterclass group class covering three Microlink methods, with theory, maintenance and aftercare. A Sew-In Perfection class is a 4-hour hands-on workshop covering basics, advanced styling and blending, hair care and troubleshooting, priced at $850. A 6-hour private 1-on-1 Microlink class and coaching costs $2,200 total with a $500 deposit to hold a date. It covers single weft, double weft, I-Tip and sew-in techniques along with maintenance and removal, and includes a starter kit, practice hair bundle, training manual, certificate of completion and two weeks of support after class. A Microlink certification program is also offered. The studio says the classes can help stylists earn more income.
