Nails and skin are smoothed with the e-file technique, and each guest receives a new fingernail file, buffer block and birch wood stick. The facial menu has three levels. The Modern Facial is about 45 minutes and includes cleansing, exfoliation, a masque, serums, and moisturizing and hydration. The Traditional Facial is about 75 minutes and adds a foot massage. The Innovative Facial is about 90 minutes and includes a foot massage with paraffin. Nail services range from simple manicures and pedicures to tailored trims and files, shellac, gel and acrylic removal, and nail construction and repair. Paraffin is served with Thermabliss Paraffin, so there is no communal dipping.

Children can book hand and foot services that include nail and cuticle care, moisturizing, and polish or clear polish. Returning clients can book repeat foot care between pedicures, and a repeat fee may apply for extra foot care during a pedicure. The Sleek body treatment combines body brushing, a moisturizing body masque and an infrared blanket.

Outcall services are available at Swedish Hospital, with treatments given in the patient's room. The menu includes outcall manicure and pedicure, facial, body treatment and hair removal options.

Policies: appointments rescheduled within 24 hours are charged 50%, and cancellations or no-shows are charged 100%. Gift certificates are available.
