She started the business after seeing newly trained practitioners leave school without enough preparation for clinic work or a steady income, and the clinic and its academy were built with that gap in mind.

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are the core of the practice. Electrolysis plans are based on hair type, area size, growth cycles, timing and how the skin responds, and sessions are priced by length from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Laser work starts with a consultation that looks at skin and hair type, skin tone and hormonal factors, and the plan is adjusted as the body responds, typically six to eight sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart and sometimes up to twelve. Electrolysis is offered for hair growth related to PCOS, usually starting weekly or every other week and spacing out as growth slows. The clinic also offers gender-affirming care for transgender and non-binary clients, including electrolysis, laser, brow feminization and clinical skincare.

The skin menu includes RF microneedling, IPL, chemical peels, LED light therapy and fibroblast skin tightening, along with Circadia enzyme and SWiCH programs and the Face Reality Acne Program, which pairs education and accountability with personalized correction. Skin treatments are customized to each client's skin tone, goals and lifestyle. Clients using retinol, retin-A or vitamin A products are asked to stop them five days before a visit.

Brows, lashes and microblading round out the menu. Trevino Academy runs a hands-on electrolysis training program from Monday through Friday, with most of the training time spent on client models. Licensed estheticians complete five full days of training, and accelerated one-week programs and refresher courses are available. Tuition is listed at $5,000, and installment plans and financing options are offered. Consultations for electrolysis, laser and microblading are free. The clinic is open Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Mondays.

The clinic's care starts from respect for what each client wants to achieve, who they are, and their own life experience. According to the clinic, it does not offer treatments driven by trends. Each plan is drawn up after an assessment and is adjusted over time.
