Haircuts are priced by the stylist's level, from Stylist to Leif, and each one includes a consultation, a shampoo with essential oils, a scalp massage, a blow dry and styling. Hair color uses semi-permanent and permanent products and is priced by complexity. The salon describes itself as the balayage specialists in Spring and The Woodlands area and says it uses only leading color lines. Clients can book, change or cancel online, by phone or by text, and gift cards are available.

The salon sells four product lines, including Aveda, CHI and Keratin Complex, along with its own salon-exclusive line, Botanik Scandinavian Hair Care. Stylists do not earn commission on service or retail sales, and the stylists work as a team to keep appointments on schedule. Children are asked to wait in the waiting area, away from hot tools and chemicals.
