Guests aged 12 and older are welcome, and only people receiving a service may be on the service floor.

The menu covers haircuts, custom color, highlights and balayage, Bellami extensions, Keratin Complex smoothing, and perms, along with makeup for everyday, bridal, and special occasions. Makeup leans toward natural and soft glam looks, and more dramatic glam can be requested. Spa services include customized facials, facial cupping and Gua Sha, full body waxing, brow lamination, and lash lifts. Highlighting is priced by time: a partial highlight for maintenance takes up to an hour, a standard highlight takes up to 1.5 hours, and a transformational highlight takes two hours or more. A color retouch covers less than 2 inches of root growth, and a gloss adds shine and tone for about 20 washes; gloss is only offered as an add-on to another service.

Every hair service includes two complimentary rituals chosen from scalp and shoulder massage, a hand treatment, a hot towel treatment, and a makeup finishing touch. Prices are set at consultation and depend on the experience, tools, and time needed, which can change with hair length and density. Listed prices start at the New Talent level and rise toward Master Stylist rates. Clients can book online, buy gift cards, join a digital waitlist, and complete a digital consultation form for color questions.

The salon uses only Aveda products in its services and recommends them for home care. A $2 Green Fee is added to each visit to cover recycling and special processing of service waste, and the salon says up to 95% of that waste is recycled. The Green Fee started on September 26, 2025, in partnership with Green Circle Salons. The salon describes itself as award-winning.

Cancellations need at least 12 hours notice; late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services to the card on file, and no-shows without notice may owe up to the full cost. Refunds for services are not offered, so guests with concerns should contact the salon within two weeks. Unused or lightly used retail product can be exchanged within 60 days or applied as store credit, excluding sale items, makeup, Grande Cosmetics products, and tools and brushes. Parking is in the back lot at both locations, with a municipal lot next to the Berkley location and on-street spaces out front.
