Lash extension work is the main focus. Before a full set, clients can book an allergy test to check for reactions to lash products; the test fee is credited toward the full set if it is booked within two weeks. Fills are timed by how long it has been since the last appointment and how many natural lashes are still retained, and a full set is required when fewer than 30 percent of natural lashes remain. Classic sets place one extension per natural lash, while volume sets place two to five per natural lash. Touch-ups are short appointments for clients between fills and are not offered to new clients.

Waxing is offered alongside lash work, covering brows, chin, nose, sideburns, upper lip, underarms and the full face. Lash removal and cleansing is available for clients who want their existing extensions taken off and their natural lashes cleaned. Full sets carry a $50 fee if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, no-shows, or late arrivals that prevent the service from starting. Clients who need to bring a child can do so if they give advance notice.
