The practice often works with clients' medical care teams, and most therapists in the office are Medical Massage Practitioners.

The office is in the back left corner of the Storrs Commons Building, across the street from E.O. Smith and near Domino's. The main entrance is on the left side of the building rather than the front. Clients can call 860-341-5910 or email Ledgebrookmassage@gmail.com. The fax line has been discontinued, so referrals and sensitive documents are sent by email to a secure address.

Massage options include Swedish and deep tissue relaxation sessions, medical massage for pain management, orthopedic pain relief massage, and a student discount Swedish and deep tissue session. Sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes depending on the service, and medical and manual lymphatic drainage sessions can be arranged on a specified plan. Cupping, warm bamboo and Prental are available as add-ons for $10 each, and cupping can also be booked on its own.

Lymphatic work includes manual lymphatic drainage, comprehensive lymphedema therapy offered in some circumstances (call or email for a consultation), and in-home manual lymphatic drainage visits priced from $150 to $190 after an eligibility check. Lymphatic Wellness Coaching, a 60-minute session that combines nutrition and wellness coaching with lymphatic education and drainage techniques, is offered virtually or in the office. The practice does not perform incisional drainage.

Oncology massage is offered at 60 minutes for $85, with 15% off the standard massage price. The practice says oncology massage can help with anxiety, depression, isolation, muscle aches, nausea and headaches, and can support sleep. Free oncology massages from the Hartford Healthcare Bountiful Bowl program are no longer offered here; they can be redeemed at Backus Hospital with another Hartford Healthcare therapist.

Skin care includes an anti-aging microdermabrasion treatment, a custom blend facial with products and methods chosen after skin analysis, a lymphatic drainage facial for the face and neck, a calming facial for inflamed skin, and a medical grade microneedling facial. Body treatments include a weight management session with cavitation and red light therapy, and a combined red light and warm bamboo body treatment. Packages save money on 3-, 5- and 6-session bundles, and gift certificates can be bought online for any service.
