Le Lash! was established in 2015 by Loan Le, who is the studio's Master Lash Artist. The studio works with a small team that includes senior lash artist Leo Le, and it operates from a single location on Brookhurst Street in Huntington Beach.

New clients start with a free consultation, booked online under the Petite Lash Set, where the artist listens to the client's concerns and expectations and suggests a set that fits their style. The first visit should be planned for 60 to 90 minutes, and a first set takes about 90 minutes. Refills take 40 to 60 minutes and are recommended every three to four weeks. On the appointment date, the artist consults with the client and recommends a service, and any additional payment is adjusted to the service received.

Set styles run from Petite and Natural through Complete, Encore 3D and Encore 6D, with a Hybrid set offered alongside the Encore 3D. Each new set is custom designed to the client's eye shape, and lengths and volume are adjusted rather than overloaded with heavy clusters. The studio uses soft, flexible, medical-grade extensions. Regular clients can book touch-ups between full refills on the Petite, Natural, Complete and Encore 3D sets.

Mobile appointments take place at the client's home and include classic, volume and hybrid extensions and refills. An eyelash service on its own takes about two hours, and a spa package that adds a body massage takes about three hours. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $20, $30, $40, $50, or a custom amount.

Each new set is designed around the client's eye shape and the look they want, with lash length and volume tailored rather than heavy. The studio applies soft, flexible, medical-grade extensions with attention to the health of natural lashes.

Appointments take place in a private lash room with a bed, blanket and relaxing music.
