A physician medical director oversees treatments and protocols, and the clinical team includes registered nurses, physician assistants and licensed medical aestheticians. New patients receive a complimentary, no-obligation consultation with a provider. Pricing is explained at that visit, with no hidden fees, surprise charges or upselling. Every plan starts with a thorough consultation and is built around the patient's goals. Facials begin with a full skin assessment that covers skin type, Fitzpatrick tone, concerns and goals. Combination plans pair facials with injectables and are designed at the consultation. Appointments can be booked through the patient portal, by phone or text, or by email, and same-week appointments are often available. Financing can be arranged before the visit through CareCredit, which the business says offers 0% promotional APR for 6, 12, 18 or 24 months on qualifying purchases, and Cherry installment plans, as well as a PatientFi application.

The menu includes facials such as DiamondGlow, SaltFacial, VI Peel, microneedling, Collagen Induction Microneedling and Vampire Facial PRF; neurotoxins and fillers; laser hair removal and other laser options; body treatments such as CoolSculpting ELITE and CoolTone; and wellness services including IV therapy, vitamin and B-12 injections, peptide therapy and hormone replacement therapy. Medical weight loss begins with a health assessment and medical history review before any medication is selected. Medication is given as a weekly self-administered injection at home with ongoing provider monitoring. Retatrutide is not yet FDA-approved and is offered as a physician-supervised compounded protocol. Botox is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; the practice is closed Sunday and Monday. It serves patients from Katy, Houston, Fulshear, Richmond and Sugar Land, along with the Cinco Ranch, Pin Oak, Cross Creek Ranch and Energy Corridor areas, and is easy to reach from I-10.
