Facials are the core of the menu, from a 45-minute Teen Facial and a men's deep-cleansing facial to longer options such as The Essential, The Signature and The Ritual, along with a Pumpkin Fall Facial and a Birthday Facial offered during the client's birthday month. Each facial starts with a complimentary consultation, and the treatment is adjusted to the client's skin needs and concerns.

Acne care is one of the studio's listed areas of expertise, and its estheticians are trained with Face Reality for acne treatments. The Acne Intro is a first visit that covers a skin evaluation, extractions and antibacterial support, then closes with a customized homecare plan. Acne Follow-Up continues the work in a series.

Peel and Reveal is a customized resurfacing chemical peel for the face or back, offered in three options and usually given as a series. For clients who want guidance before booking, Routine Refresh is a 30-minute skincare routine consultation held by video.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 1 to 9 PM, Thursday from 1 to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 9 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday and Saturday. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations incur a 50% fee, and no-shows a 100% fee.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin needs and concerns, and each facial opens with a complimentary consultation.
