Color work is a major part of the menu. The salon's portfolio shows dimensional creamy blonde, baby pink highlights, a copper bob, sandy blonde highlights paired with a layered cut, caramel balayage, and up-do and prom styles. Foil services include full, partial and face frame foiling, and root retouches can be booked alone or combined with foils.

Hair extensions are offered in two methods, Malia and Christian Michael, with installs, mini move ups, dry clean move ups and removals on the list. A free 30-minute extension consultation lets clients choose a method and have their color matched; a quote follows based on how much hair is needed. Extension appointments run from about 50 minutes for a mini move up to three hours for a dry clean and reinstall.

Booking policies are spelled out. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Clients with a history of cancellations or no-shows are asked for a non-refundable deposit of half the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
