A visit starts with a consultation. The salon offers private, unhurried consultations before color services and says it does not upsell. Color appointments follow a set order: consultation, custom formulation, strand test, application, processing, rinse and tone, then a blowout. Every haircut includes a consultation, hair analysis, a shampoo with scalp massage, a precision cut, a blow-dry and tips for home care. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is recommended for a preferred time. Haircut prices are starting costs that can rise with hair length, thickness, curl or styling time, and stylor rates vary by level of experience and training, so clients may book different stylists for different services.

Color is a major focus. The salon offers hand-painted balayage, ombre, foilayage and color melts, along with traditional foil highlights, babylights, chunky highlights, lowlights, gloss and toning, gray coverage and color correction. It uses ammonia-free color formulas, offers organic color options, and includes Olaplex in color services. The team has curly hair specialists and works with fine, thick and damaged hair. Keratin smoothing treatments are also offered. Children's cuts are available, including for children with special needs, and beard trims include shaping, a hot towel and beard oil. Facial waxing for eyebrows, lip and chin is performed by estheticians.

The salon is at 82 Main Street, just off Route 3 at Exit 9, with free parking on site and along Main Street. It is within walking distance of the Kingston Collection and the MBTA station, and the entrance and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Evening appointments are offered, with Saturday appointments best booked early. The salon serves clients from Kingston, Plymouth, Duxbury, Pembroke, Halifax, Carver, Plympton, Marshfield and the South Shore, and offers on-location hair services at Plymouth venues and private estates in Duxbury, plus prom and graduation styling for Plymouth North and Plymouth South high schools. An on-site boutique is curated by Mary Kate DiLoreto.

Weddings start with a consultation, and couples can add an optional trial session ahead of the wedding day. Bridal hair can be done on location. To hold a wedding date, a signed bridal contract and a $500 deposit are required, and that deposit is non-refundable.
