Extension work is organized into classic, hybrid and volume sets, each booked as a full set or a refill. Full sets can also be done with color. Appointments for these sets are listed as two hours.

Lift and tint services are offered on their own or combined. A lash lift is listed at $40, a tint at $25, and the combined lift and tint at $60. Lash removal is also offered and is listed as a 20-minute appointment.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

The business also sells custom-made products. Each order is made to order, which takes an average of three days after payment before it ships by First Class USPS mail with a tracking number. Custom products carry a 30-day guarantee against defects in workmanship or material under normal use. Custom merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
