Each room is private, so clients receive one-on-one service from their own provider. Lash services take place in a lounger the studio calls the Lash Throne, and lash sets are customized to the health of each client's natural lashes. The studio says it values client feedback and healthy, safe practices, and a complimentary consultation is offered before booking.

Airbrush tanning uses Sjolie, a naturally derived sunless solution that is vegan and gluten free. The Premium Airbrush Tan offers a customized shade range for an even full-body tan without orange undertones, while the Rapid Airbrush Tan is a faster session after which clients can shower within two to four hours. Tan Tuesday offers $30 airbrush tans every Tuesday, and a year-long Unlimited Tan Subscription with a Subscribe and Save option provides unlimited tanning.

Skin treatments include a one-hour customizable facial with a complimentary skin analysis, dermaplaning that removes dead skin cells and vellus hair, and a non-invasive diamond-tip microdermabrasion. A Monthly LED Treatment uses combinations of LED light and is used for conditions such as acne, rosacea, wrinkles and wound healing. Customized massage can be relaxing or therapeutic, including deep tissue work adjusted to pressure preference. The Exfoliation 4 Series bundles four dermaplaning or microdermabrasion sessions at a discounted price. The home page also lists brow wax and tint.

Services are by appointment only. A $50 non-refundable deposit applies to full lash sets and foreign lash fills, sent as an invoice that must be paid within 24 hours to secure the time, and it is deducted at the first visit. Reschedules are free up to 48 hours ahead, and cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice carry a fee of at least $50. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full appointment cost, a card is kept on file, and no refunds are given on any services. Children 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult who waits in the lobby other than the client, and guests are asked to wait there during the service.
