Permanent makeup, sometimes called cosmetic tattoo, is applied with a pen to the areas where makeup is usually worn. The menu covers eyeliner on the upper lash line, the lower lash line, or both, brows in powder and soft powder styles, lip blushing, an aquarelle lip tint, and a lash-line enhancement that places pigment within the natural lash line. Appointments usually run two to three hours and include consultation, shaping, numbing, and the procedure. The studio uses sterile, single-use needles and high-quality pigments, and applies a topical numbing cream before and during treatment.

Every visit begins with a free 15-minute consultation on goals, skin type, and facial features, followed by a mapping design preview before any permanent makeup is done. Clients with certain medical conditions are asked to consult a doctor first. Before permanent makeup, clients are asked to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners for 24 hours, avoid Botox, fillers, and chemical peels for two weeks, skip brow tinting and waxing for three days, and avoid tanning and sunburned skin, with the skin free of active acne, eczema, or open wounds. Afterward, intense workouts, saunas, and swimming are best avoided for five to seven days.

The skincare menu includes facials aimed at acne, a HydraFacial, an enzyme-based peel, a silk protein treatment, microneedling with a Dr. Pen device, and a Calm & Soothe facial that uses the Hale & Hush professional line. Cryotherapy sessions are offered for the abdominal and gluteal areas. Optional add-ons such as LED therapy, high frequency, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion can be added to facial visits.
