Each studio is private and newly built, so a professional can move in and start working right away. Utilities, Wi-Fi, a private lunch room and laundry are included. Each studio has sound barrier walls and an advanced exhaust system for ventilation and quiet. The building has 24-hour security, and each professional can use a video intercom to let guests in remotely. Parking is available across the street at the Midtown garage, 371 4th Street.
