Every client starts with a consultation. A free 15-minute expert consultation confirms a choice of extension or treatment. A separate 15-minute extensions consultation, held by video call or from photos of the hair, suggests a method, length, volume, color and estimated price. Clients can also take an online Hair Extension Match quiz or a hair-care test that looks at hair type, texture, density and daily routine; both results are confirmed in a free expert consultation.

The extension methods are K-tip keratin, tape-in, sew-in rows and micro rings. Keratin extensions suit all hair types and can be placed across the head, including the temporal areas, and typically need a correction or touch-up after about 2.5 to 3 months. Tape-ins are semi-permanent and last 6 to 8 weeks. Sew-in rows typically need a correction after 8 to 10 weeks. Micro rings are placed without heat or glue and can last up to four months.

Coloring, treatments, cuts and styling are also offered. Booking requires a $50 deposit that is applied to the total service price. The deposit is not refunded if an appointment is canceled, and no-shows forfeit it. Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, subject to availability, without another deposit, through the Manage Booking option in the client account.

Recommendations come after an individual consultation and professional hair analysis, weighing hair type, density, scalp condition, lifestyle and the result the client wants.
