Extension work centers on beaded row methods, including hand-tied hair and genius wefts, and keratin bond methods, including fusion and K-tips. An install usually takes about three and a half to five and a half hours and covers color, installation, trimming and a blowout. Listed install prices include $1,300 for a 16 inch two-row install and $2,000 for a 20 inch three-row install. Maintenance visits are suggested every six to eight weeks and include lifting the extensions and touching up color, with timing adjusted by stylist recommendation, hair length and density.

For color, the salon offers a full color service for clients who need more than a touch-up, a maintenance color refresh, base retouches for clients seen within the last eight weeks, and a NEW Client Color service for new clients or anyone who has not visited in six months. Malibu CPR / DDL color correction removes unwanted pigment, and a money piece touch-up add-on covers 12 to 16 foils.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans starting at 5.99% APR. Cancellations need at least three business days' notice to avoid a fee, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged a percentage of the reserved service depending on how close to the appointment they occur.

Other services include Silk Press, Brazilian Blowout smoothing (available with maintenance, full color or two-row extension lifts), blowouts, event styling and women's haircuts. Apprentices offer kids cuts and a more budget-friendly option for high school-aged clients, and clients choose the apprentice when booking.
