The menu runs from balayage and foil highlights to root work, platinum blonding, cuts and extensions. Balayage is a freehand lightening method for natural, blended highlights, while foils are sectioned for defined, controlled highlights from scalp to ends. Toner maintenance removes brassy tones and adds shine to color that has already been done, and a blow dry may cost extra with some stylists.

Specialty and occasion services include a Brazilian blowout, which uses a liquid keratin formula to straighten, smooth and reduce frizz over about three hours. Bridal style consultations and bridal day styling are offered, and special occasion styling is priced by length and amount of hair. Platinum blonde work, platinum root refreshes and candy colors each begin with a consultation before booking.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, Friday from 9:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. It recommends booking early for big events and holidays. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early, to give 24 hours notice to cancel, and to contact the salon within 5 days of a service if they are unhappy with it. An appointment may be canceled if a client is more than 15 minutes late. Children need childcare arranged unless they are receiving services, and pets are not allowed. On-street parking is plentiful in the neighborhood.
