The menu is organized into braids, locs, twists, weaves, natural hair care, color, cuts, kids styles and men's braids. Braid options run from two feed-ins and knotless styles to crochet, boho braids, box braids and a combined braid and slay service. Loc services include retwists with several add-ons, soft, invisible, starter, butterfly and micro locs, loc extensions, and a detox soak. Some services list hair as not included, so clients should confirm what they need to bring for crochet, twist, sew-in, weave and loc styles.

Booking requires a deposit, usually $50 for most services and less for a few smaller appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients can reschedule up to two times with at least 48 hours' notice, and a missed notice window can cost the deposit and require a new one to rebook. An after-hour fee of $10 per hour applies to appointments after 5 PM outside June through August, and a holiday fee of $125 applies to holiday bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Tyra helps with client messages, booking questions and keeping appointments on schedule.
