Brow work is the core of the menu. Options run from a basic signature shaping, which includes brow mapping, tweezing, trimming, a brow bone highlight and brow gel, to tinted and stained brows using henna, a hybrid dye or a traditional tint. Brow lamination restructures the brow hair to smooth unruly hair. Bleached brows change the color of natural brow hair, and clients need to bring photo inspiration when they book. Shaping for clients who have ombre or microblading also has its own option, and a deluxe version adds a makeup fill-in.

Body waxing covers the face, underarms, legs, stomach, back, arms, buttocks and intimate areas, and the full-body Lavish packages bundle several areas together. A Brazilian can be paired with a vajacial, which adds steam, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and a soothing jelly mask. Lash lifts use a perm solution and lash rods to curl natural lashes, with no extensions, and a tint is available.

Hours are Tuesday from 10am to 6pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm; the studio is closed Mondays and Sundays. Appointments outside the artist's schedule carry a $15 fee, and after-hours bookings on weekdays are made by text. Deposits range from $10 to $30 for select services. Cancelling or rescheduling 24 or more hours ahead carries the deposit over to a rescheduled visit or allows a refund, while later changes incur a 20% fee and forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full service total. Appointments are held for nine minutes, and arriving ten or more minutes late may lead to cancellation. Clients who are unhappy with results can contact their artist within three days for a complimentary redo, but refunds are not offered after a service is completed. Clients get free coffee during their visit.
