Nail work ranges from regular and gel manicures to sets built in several detail tiers, and lash work covers three styles, from soft and light to full with a dark lash line. The studio is open Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday and Sunday.

Nail sets come in four tiers. Classic sets are one solid acrylic or gel color with no nail art. Simple sets add French tips, a simple design on one nail per hand, or up to two extra gel colors. Princess sets carry designs or details on two or more nails. Lavish sets are the most detailed, with more sparkle, rhinestones, art and glam. Lengths run from extra short to XXL, and Gelx, a full-cover tip with its design included in the price, is offered for short and medium, long and extra long, and XXL and XXXL lengths.

Lash styles are light volume, volume and mega volume. Light volume is soft and will not look very full, volume is fuller but still soft, and mega volume is full with a dark lash line. Lash fills are booked 4 to 10, 11 to 18, or 19 to 22 days after the appointment. A complimentary fill is offered 1 to 3 days after a lash service, for lash clients only. Lash issues should be reported within 3 days, and a complimentary fix is available when appropriate in that window.

Bookings are made through an online booking page, and gift cards can be purchased on the website. Most services require a booking deposit of $10 to $30, though some deposits apply only to new clients. Booking fees are non-refundable and secure the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. When that notice is given, a booking fee may be moved one time and has to be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 5 days, or the fee is lost. Arriving 15 or more minutes late without contacting the studio is treated as a no-call/no-show: the client pays 50% of the scheduled service, the booking fee is kept, and the client loses future booking privileges. Refunds are not issued once a service has been completed.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Services are tiered by level of detail, and lash styles are chosen by how soft or full the client wants the result.
