The salon describes its goal as hair that makes clients feel beautiful, confident and like themselves. Color is the core of the menu, from root smudge and toner and money pieces to partial and full highlights, balayage, ombre, split dye and platinum color. Hair extensions, women's and men's cuts, styling and lip, brow and facial waxing round out the services.

Color clients can book a free consultation lasting about 45 minutes, which covers hair questions, the result they want and prices. Extension clients can book a free 30-minute consultation as well. Service packages can be bought in bulk and used at any time, and gift cards are sold. Booksy lists a 24-hour cancellation fee.
