Savannah Ladd opened the salon with the goal of a comfortable, high-end experience. Much of the color work is lived-in and dimensional, and the salon says balayage is the color service clients request most. Balayage is painted freehand so the lightness blends out of the natural base instead of starting at a hard line. Highlights and blonding are foiled, from babylights through full platinum blonding.

New clients complete a consultation form before booking, and the team reaches out with availability within 24 hours of the form being submitted. Haircuts begin with a conversation about hair texture, daily routine and how much time a client wants to spend styling.

Extensions are a specialty. Invisible bead extensions are hand-tied with silicone-lined beads and use no glue, tape or heat. A full installation usually takes 2 to 3 hours, and maintenance visits about 1 to 1.5 hours. Move-up appointments are needed every 6 to 8 weeks, and the salon notes that the extensions can last 9 to 12 months or longer with proper care. Tape-in extensions are re-taped every 4 to 6 weeks.
