Facials can be booked as a 30-minute or 60-minute customizable session. Both include hand and arm massage with neck and shoulder massage, and the longer version adds a foot or scalp massage. Clients choose between Glo Skin Beauty and Aveda products for their facial. A 75-minute back facial includes steam, purifying masks, exfoliation and extractions when needed. Chemical peels start at 50 dollars and are chosen after the esthetician has talked through a client's concerns. Dermaplaning, a HydroJelly mask and a peel can be added to a facial.

Lash services include full sets in classic, hybrid and volume styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, while volume sets fan several extensions onto one natural lash. Fills come in 2, 3 and 4 week intervals, and each interval needs a set share of extensions still in place: 70 percent for a 2 week fill, 50 percent for 3 weeks and 30 percent for 4 weeks. Fills on a set not done by the salon carry a 20 dollar fee. Clients are asked to arrive on time for lash appointments, which take a while, and to remove all makeup beforehand. Reviews on the booking site describe the lash fills and waxing as well done, with reasonable prices.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out consultation forms. Appointments are canceled if a client is more than 15 minutes late, with a 50 percent service charge. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice and no-call no-shows are charged 50 percent of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in 50, 75, 100 or 200 dollar amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Waxing works best with hair about a quarter inch long, and clients are asked to gently exfoliate the night before. Waxing is not offered to clients taking Accutane or Retin-a.
