Its stated mission is to offer holistic, elevated spa experiences grounded in ongoing education, mindfulness and healthy skin and body solutions, and its vision extends to supporting its team, its guests and the Milwaukee community. Founder Amee leads the business, which also runs Bloom Collective, a space for after-hours workshops, talks and community events.

New guests book a complimentary 15-minute skin consultation before their first treatment. Facials are offered in 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute lengths, and the 120-minute Bloom Signature facial includes three enhancements of the guest's choice. Most services can be booked on their own or added to any treatment, and any facial can be upgraded with an Intelligent Nutrients enhancement for $20 more. Waxing clients are asked to grow their hair 4 to 6 weeks beforehand and to avoid certain topical products, peels, sun exposure and swimming or sweating for 48 hours around the appointment. Memberships save 10% on products and services, and the Bring a Friend offer is $5 each time.

Booking requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise 50% of the reservation is charged to the card on file; each guest may use one cancellation inside 48 hours per year. Hours are Monday 10am to 4pm, Tuesday 10am to 6pm, Wednesday 10am to 8pm, Thursday noon to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, with Friday and Sunday closed. According to the business, it was nominated for Best Spa in the Body, Mind and Spirit category in Shepherd Express competitions three years in a row, and it won Best Spa, Best Aesthetician and Best Hair Removal in the 2024 Best of Milwaukee competition.
