The studio is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed on weekends.

A visit often starts with a consultation, which can be done virtually or in person. During it, Tiffany goes over a client's skin concerns, daily habits and possible triggers, then recommends treatments and products to suit. The studio says its goal is to bring out each client's natural look, teach clients about their skin and leave them feeling confident.

The facial menu ranges from the Glow Getter Facial, a 45-minute session with cleansing, extractions, dermaplaning where the skin allows and LED light therapy, to longer two-hour options that add enzyme therapy, serums and either LED or hydration. Enzyme Therapy on its own is a DMK enzyme facial recommended for existing clients who keep a consistent routine. The skin treatment menu includes Microchanneling with Procell for fine lines, uneven tone, acne and acne scarring, and a Skin Revision treatment for scars, hyperpigmentation and acne that runs about an hour and a half. Clients need to contact the studio before booking that one to discuss care before and after.

Body services include a Body Sculpting Treatment from $100 that uses DMK Body Masque and body contouring creams on the abdomen and thighs, a Keratosis Pilaris Treatment for the arms, and a 30-minute Bye Bye Back Acne Treatment combining a chemical peel, enzyme body treatment, extractions and exfoliation. Brow Lamination, Tint and Sculpt starts at $50 and includes mapping and waxing, with results lasting up to six weeks. Lash lifts are also offered.

Some treatments have requirements, and if a client is not a candidate for an included service, the studio applies alternative options. Brow lamination requires avoiding retinol, AHA and BHA acids before the appointment, and clients need to wait at least six weeks between treatments. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. New clients pay a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit and keep a card on file; existing clients do not need a deposit, though cancellation and rescheduling rules still apply. Rescheduling needs at least 72 hours' notice (Sundays excluded) and can be done once, within the same month. Appointments run a 10-minute grace period, after which a cancellation fee or a $15 late fee applies. No-shows and cancellations are charged in full to the card on file. Products are final sale, though damaged items can be exchanged within seven days of purchase.
