The collective aims for a relaxed, inclusive and expressive setting centered on the person in the chair. Guests can book facials, spray tans, lash and brow services and waxing, along with hairstyling, manicures and massage according to the collective's About page.

Facial options include a custom Pumpkin Spice Facial, a back facial with steam, exfoliation, extractions when needed and a custom mask, and a hair play and scalp stimulation treatment called The Drift. Glow & Drift pairs the Pumpkin Spice Facial with The Drift at a combined price. An Arm Treatment is offered for keratosis pilaris and texture smoothing, with exfoliation, targeted treatments and hydration.

Spray tanning is airbrushed and customized to skin type, skin conditions, desired depth and existing tan lines, and includes a body contouring option. A Bridal Glow Package is also offered. Lash services include a Korean lash lift with custom tint, a semi-permanent treatment that requires no extensions.

Waxing covers unwanted hair from the brows down to the toes, with individual services priced from $15 up to a full-leg or brows-and-below service. Three membership plans are available: The Wax Club, The Glow Club and The Bronze Club. Each renews automatically every month and includes priority booking and member discounts on additional services.
