The spa describes its experience as luxurious and personalized. Facials are customized to skin type and use Eminence Organics products, and the spa says it chooses organic, natural and sustainable products more broadly.

Massages range from Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, Thai, lymphatic and reflexology to a prenatal massage for clients past the first trimester and a couples massage. Most massages are offered for 60 or 90 minutes, and new clients can book an introductory Swedish or deep tissue massage at a reduced first-visit price. Body services run 90 minutes each, and the packages combine several treatments with lavender champagne or hot tea included. A tea party option for one to six guests includes tea from Pinky Up and a treat.

Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and wispy extensions, refills and removal. A refill requires that at least 40% of the existing extensions remain; otherwise it is charged as a full set, and lash baths are not included. Removing existing extensions may add $15, which is set at consultation. Some enhancements may need extra time, so guests should check with their therapist. The spa is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 6pm, Thursday from 10am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone or voicemail, otherwise a 50% fee applies, and a no-show is charged the full service price. Members may use their membership benefit in place of the cancellation fee.

The spa says it uses organic, natural and sustainable products, and its custom facials are tailored to each client's skin type.
