Christie Bush opened Lash & Glow in April 2011 as a one-person business. It has since grown into a team of stylists, and the salon is at 1530 Keller Parkway in Keller, with its listing giving the address as Suite C. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

The lash menu includes classic and flat sets, where one extension goes on each natural lash, along with volume sets built from fans of lightweight extensions and hybrid sets that mix the two. The salon uses LED-UV curing lights and American-made adhesive. It says LED-UV lashes fully bond during the appointment, so clients can get them wet almost right away, and that many LED-UV clients get an extra one to two weeks of wear. The salon also says properly applied extensions do not damage natural lashes. Its own lash line and medical-grade adhesive were developed by Christie Bush. A full set takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours and a fill about 30 to 60 minutes. Extensions typically last three to five weeks with proper care, and refills are recommended every two to three weeks. Removal is available at the client's request.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers a lash lift that curls natural lashes with silicone rods in about 45 minutes, optionally paired with a tint. Brow services include tint, wax, wax with tint, and lamination with or without tint; the salon states brow lamination results last six to eight weeks. Makeup is available for full face, eyes only, strip lashes alone or with full face, and as a makeup lesson. Skin services include express facials of about 25 to 30 minutes that use professional chemical exfoliation, preceded by a consultation, as well as dermaplaning, a CO2 treatment called Cool Lifting, Celluma red light therapy, and lip and chin waxing. Spray tans are custom, one-on-one sessions of about 15 to 30 minutes and do not offer UV protection, so sunscreen is advised in the sun.

First-time visitors can download the consent form from the salon and bring it to their appointment. Gift cards are also sold. The salon offers a one-day hands-on Classic Course, led by Christie Bush, covering classic lash technique and business basics. Students must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, or a current student holding a valid license, before offering lash services to the public. Each student receives a kit with supplies to service up to 80 clients and brings one live model aged 18 or older on day two. The course awards a Classic Lashing Certification.
