The massage menu covers Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sport, reflexology, lymphatic, prenatal and postnatal massage, plus a chakra balancing massage that pairs massage with Reiki. Medical massage is listed for prescribed medical conditions. Facial options range from a customized signature facial and a crystal-infused facial to a clear complexion facial for acne, a clear and glow facial with extractions, a men's facial that includes ingrown hair treatment, and a micro-current skin tightening facial, which is not recommended for pregnant clients, people with pacemakers, or certain skin conditions. Waxing is priced by area, with full-body and combination options, and a Vajacial is also offered.

Body contouring includes EMS Sculpt, Snatch and Tighten sessions by one, two or three areas, which use electromagnetic muscle stimulation and radiofrequency on the abdomen, buttocks, thighs and pelvic floor, with no downtime and possible mild muscle soreness. Cavitation with RF laser and butt lift vacuum therapy are also offered. A 30-minute body contouring consultation is free and held by Zoom before purchasing a contouring package. Post-surgery programs combine post-op lymphatic massage with cavitation and EMS sessions over several weeks.

Memberships provide monthly treatments such as a 60 or 90 minute massage, a customized facial or waxing, with priority booking and a 20 percent discount on most add-on services. Spa parties are private group bookings with exclusive use of the spa, with food, wine and a choice of massage or facial per guest; gratuity is not included in party prices. Gift certificates are sold online, and orders of $50 or more can be paid over time through Cherry or Affirm. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all services, appointments need 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and late cancellations carry a $30 fee. Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.
