The studio is open Monday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday through Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Tuesday.

Blonding is the core of the menu. Options run from partial and full custom blonding to Pony Lights, a money piece with tone, and Platinum Card, which highlights every piece of hair in foil. Full Custom Blonding covers all sections of the head, while Partial Custom Blonding works the hairline, crown and top section. Versions with base color also cover grays. Blonding packages include the K-18 treatment, a custom toner, a hot scented towel, a scalp massage and a complimentary style.

Color services include gloss, which refreshes toner or deepens tone but cannot lighten, root touch-ups matched to existing color, all-over color in natural shades, and fashion color in shades not found in nature. Haircuts range from a buzz cut and a clipper cut with scissors to medium, long and XL cuts. Add-on cuts are booked alongside a color service. Pixie cuts are not offered, and the studio can refer clients to a specialist.

Some services need a deposit from new clients, such as $75 for Full Custom Blonding. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and is approved before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead carry no charge. Less than 48 hours notice is charged 50% of the scheduled total, and same-day cancellations are charged the full service fee to the card on file. Repeated weekend changes may move a booking to a weekday or weekday evening, and rescheduling the same appointment three times in a row incurs a full service fee payable before the next booking.
