Haircuts come in three lengths: short, medium and long. Each includes a customized cut, a steamed shampoo, a scalp massage and a heated towel, followed by a blow dry, with the medium and long cuts finished with an iron. The short cut is priced for men's hair.

Color and lightening make up most of the menu. Services range from a conditioning color gloss, which refreshes brassy highlights, tones hair or lightly blends grey and is suggested every six to eight weeks, to all-over color and a set of highlight and blonding packages. Retouches cover new growth up to about two inches, and longer regrowth moves to a larger package. Clients who want a lighter shade than their current color are steered toward a custom color package. Color correction and vivid color both start with a consultation.

Add-ons can be combined with cuts or color. They include an extended scalp treatment with amino acid and vegan protein products, a K18 bond-repair treatment for damaged hair, a keratin smoothing treatment using natural proteins that the studio says can last up to five months, tinsel, and brow and lip waxing.

Each service is planned around the client's own hair, based on the photos and history gathered before the visit, with color and tone customized to the look they want.
