The business started in 2018 in a small salon in Hyattsville and is now run by owner and co-founder Lucy across three locations. The salon describes itself as a top rated lash and brow salon in the DC and Northern Virginia area and reports serving more than 12,000 lash clients. About

Lash extensions come in several styles: classic (one individual faux mink extension bonded to each natural lash), volume (handmade fans of lightweight silk applied on the spot), a classic and volume hybrid, and mega volume, made from very fine lashes. UV light extensions are set with a low-intensity LED lamp, so clients can shower right away rather than waiting 24 to 48 hours. Lash lifts use a keratin solution to curl natural lashes, and the salon also offers a Korean lash lift, tinting and a Botox lash treatment that can be added to a lift or brow lamination. Junior-experience sets are done by a Laveda Lash Certified technician with one to two years of experience, and intro pricing is for new clients only.

Brow work covers brow lamination, a three-step process that straightens and sets brow hairs, along with henna brows, tinting, threading and brow waxing. Permanent makeup includes microblading, which lays hair-like strokes with a sterile, fused-needle tool, and shading ombre, which is powdered and lighter toward the front. Combo brows pair the two for a fuller, darker look. NanoBrows is a machine-applied, two-part service with a free initial brow consultation covering mapping, shape and aftercare. Phibrow artists are available for the Phi-brow technique, and men can book microblading and shading. The salon states its master brow artist and staff hold several semi-permanent makeup certifications and a medical esthetician license, and that they have completed hundreds of these procedures in the DC area. Free 15-minute consultations are offered for microblading or shading, and free virtual permanent makeup consultations cover brows, lips and eyeliner.

Facials are performed by licensed estheticians, who offer a free consultation and skin analysis before treatment. Options range from express and men's facials to acne, deep cleansing, back, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion treatments, along with hydrodermabrasion with oxygen infusion (sold as single sessions or packages of four or six) and skin tightening and age-related facials that can include microcurrent, radio frequency, LED light and oxygen infusion. Facial products are described as organic and natural and come in glass packaging. Clients are asked to stop retinol products at least a week before a facial, and some facials may contain full spectrum CBD, with an alternative available on request.

Nail services at the 14th Street and Georgetown locations include BIAB builder gel, gel polish, SNS dipping powder, Gel-X extensions, and manicures and pedicures with a range of spa options. The salon says it uses non-toxic polishes and gel, organic lotions, and disposable supplies such as files, pumice and pedicure liners. It does not offer acrylic nails. Small groups can be accommodated for nails, while larger groups and parties should call ahead and pay a deposit. Waxing covers the face, brows, back, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, using hard and soft wax as well as organic removal products for sensitive skin.
