Adriana's Beauty is a permanent makeup, skincare and beauty studio in Fairfax. Permanent makeup is the main focus, with brow, eyeliner and lip blush work alongside lash extensions, waxing, facials, injectables and body treatments. The studio was founded by Adriana Sotomayor, who began working as a cosmetologist in 2009.

A permanent makeup visit starts with a consultation, brow mapping, numbing and an aftercare kit. Touch-ups are booked six to eight weeks after the first session and are done on weekdays only; later touch-ups are charged at the annual price. Brow correction is limited to brows that were already tattooed, and clients send a clear photo of their bare brows for approval before booking. Permanent makeup is not offered to anyone under eighteen, pregnant or breastfeeding.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to longer options such as the Hydro Soline 5-in-1 facial, which pairs diamond microdermabrasion with vacuum suction, and the acne facial, usually given as a series every two to three weeks. Peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and a BB Glow treatment are also offered, and treatments are adapted for clients who are pregnant. Clients who are pregnant should say so when booking.

Scalp micropigmentation, inkless tattooing and camouflage treatments for scars, stretch marks and vitiligo are offered as separate services. Botox Cosmetic is described as a physician-designed treatment, and a physician reviews health history before it is given. Weight loss shots are a medically supervised GLP-1 program, with pricing and eligibility set at a consultation after a health screening. Body contouring uses ultrasonic cavitation, radiofrequency and radiofrequency with vacuum therapy; it is non-invasive, is not a weight loss procedure, and suits clients at or near a stable weight. Most protocols run six to twelve sessions, and measurements are taken at the start to track progress.

The studio is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. A free virtual consultation is offered, and clients can call or text to book. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 96 hours notice; no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service price and cannot be used as credit. Late arrivals are charged an extra fee, pets are not allowed, and the business says it does not share client data with third parties.
