Color is a major part of the menu. Root touch-ups on hair that already has color start at $60 for under 1.5 inches of regrowth, and a fresh all-over color starts at $75 for longer regrowth that needs the ends refreshed. Foil options range from a face-framing mini foil starting at $65, to partial foils from $95 and full foils from $135. Balayage, called foilage here, starts at $200 and is diffused, lighter toward the ends, and can be customized. Toner starts at $15 and is not included in color or highlight prices. Color prices do not include a cut or blow-dry.

Cuts and styling are priced by the service. A wash, cut and blow-dry starts at $65, or $80 for long and thick hair, a haircut alone is $45, and a blow-dry starts at $45. Extra hot-tool styling starts at $15. Conditioning treatments run from $10 to $25 or more, and a hard water treatment starts at $5. The salon notes that prices move with hair length, thickness, styling difficulty, amount of product and time needed.

Extensions are priced after a consultation. The salon offers weft, tape and keratin bonded extensions as well as Microline toppers. Keratin straightening is charged at $100 an hour and typically takes about 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on hair length and thickness. The salon uses Cezanne and QiQi products for this service.

A first visit begins with a digital consultation form, which new clients complete before booking. The consultation looks at past, present and future hair goals and is used to build a maintenance plan. The salon suggests cuts every 3 to 12 weeks, root touch-ups every 4 to 6 weeks, foils every 8 to 12 weeks, balayage every 16 to 20 weeks and extensions every 5 to 8 weeks. Clients are encouraged to use Kevin Murphy or Eleven Brand products at home between visits, and the salon does not guarantee results if professional products are not used at home. The salon also has an online retail store.

The space is comfortable and relaxed, and clients do not need to dress up. Beverages, snacks and magazines are available during a visit. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice may lead to a 50% service charge. Clients receive an email 48 hours before an appointment with an option to reschedule, plus a text 24 hours before. Email questions are answered within 24 hours. The salon does not serve children under 10, does not offer bright, punk or fantasy colors, and does not do fashion colors on lightened hair.
