Every extension service begins with a personalized consultation, which sets the method based on hair density, scalp health and the result the client wants. Prospective extension clients complete an online inquiry form before booking. The studio recommends a method after consultation based on hair type, density, lifestyle and goals, and does not treat any one method as the best for everyone.

Color work covers luxury blonding, lived-in color, dimensional brunettes, gray blending and glossing. Color can be matched to a client's extensions. Premium extensions are priced from $2,000 to $4,000, and the studio offers financing through Cherry with 0% APR plans and no credit impact to apply.

The studio says it uses only premium, ethically sourced hair for extensions, and that its installs use Kioma wefts and Mesh Mastery closures for some looks. It advises clients not to remove extensions at home and to have them removed professionally, and recommends salon touch-ups every 6 to 8 weeks to keep bonds secure. Aftercare is tailored to each client's extensions, with sulfate-free products, an extension-safe brush and limited heat styling suggested.

Rescheduling is free when requested at least 48 hours ahead through the online booking system. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, capped at $500. Missing an appointment without notice means the full service cost is charged. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook, and that can come with a 50% fee. Services already performed are not refunded, so any concerns need to be voiced before the client leaves. Tipping is optional. Unopened retail products can be sent back or swapped within 7 days of purchase, and a receipt is required.
